The creation of a branded environment for the US Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District included vibrant communication design elements from large graphic walls to small patterns within the carpet that created opportunities for the Corps to tell their story and to showcase pride in their history, its region and the impressive depth of its expertise. In light of stiff competition from the private sector, this environment gives the Corps an advantage in persuading clients and in attracting and retaining workers from a shrinking pool of young graduates with degrees in engineering, science and math.                                                                                                                                  Project designed while principal at Helix.
