The modernization of the Richard Bolling Federal Building was to fully abate the building of asbestos fireproofing, completely upgrade building systems and to assist the tenants in attracting and retaining the best federal workforce available by providing an exceptional Class A office environment. The modernization has exceeded all expectations. The RBFB continues to be viewed as a valuable GSA model for the renovation and complex federal facilities within the Heartland Region and across the country.  Project designed while principal at Helix.
